Ashleigh is a 21 bedded family run Residential and Nursing Home registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)and contracted with Social Services.

We are one of the city’s longest established homes caring for the elderly mentally infirm. Our registration categories are DE and MD predominantly for the elderly, from the age of 55 years and above.

Specifically registered for Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and various other mental health illness’, we have many years of expertise in mental health, and centre our care around the individual.

Accommodating 21 residents in total, we are able to offer highly individualised care, within a homely and relaxed environment. Many of our Nurses and carers have been with us for many years, and offer very high standards of care.

We also can accommodate those with Learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour. Under 65’s can be admitted to the home subject to suitability and successful approval from the CQC.

All staff are thoroughly vetted with at least 2 references and CRB police checks and against Protection of Vulnerable Adults register.

Where We Are: Ideally placed in a quiet position off the Narborough and Fosse Roads, only 2 miles from Leicester City Centre, and conveniently on frequent bus routes. The Home dates back to 1900 and whilst retaining much of its delightful original character, extensive modernisation has given it every possible comfort and convenience to give it a homely feel.
